  One of the poorest displays of management I have ever witnessed at a McDonalds or ever. The gal who took our order was great. She acknowledged us promptly spoke to my boys as they ordered. The manager was atrocious. He was barking orders at his people as if they were 4 years old and could not comprehend the concept of courteous requests. My wife's food had hair in it (several pieces) and the manager, unaware of the lobby traffic, stood with his back to the lobby and the counter where my wife waited patiently. She simply wanted her sandwich redone. She wasn't acknowledges until the girl who initially took our order left her register and attended to my wife. The kitchen line staff was even trying to get the overbearing order barking manager to assist my wife. The female manager finally asked my wife what she needed and got her sandwich redone. If it hadn't been for the tyrant of a manager our experience would have been decent.

  Usually this location does well but in the last month they have messed our order up 3 times. This last time the night manager was great and refunded our money got our order made right and fresh and threw in a couple of free cones since we sat in the drive thru for 30 min just to get a messed up order. Thank you sir

  Made one of my few visits to McDonalds per year tonight. Ordered a large shake and a small blizzard for my girlfriend and I. The girl at the first window read my order back to me correctly and I paid for my order accordingly. When I got to the second window to get my ice cream, the lady who was at the second window, who appeared to be a manager (middle aged, thin, brunette hair to shoulders), gave me a small shake instead of a large. No big deal to me at the time. I advised her if the mistake and requested nicely to get my large shake instead of the small. She shrugged her shoulders and told me that the small is what they made and then turned around and walked away.
  
  Having a long history in customer service and restaurant management, I could barely believe the customer service, or lack there of, that was shown by this lady. The money nor the mistake is not what I had a problem with, as those things happen. It was the lack of respect for me, the lack of pride she took in her work, and the lack of respect she had for the Owner of the franchise. Fortunately, in a competitive economic system such as the one we have in America, I am sure she will be fired soon for someone who will be more respectful all around.
